This year brings big change for AO Santa Maria. As we work to rebuild the chapter bigger and better than ever we have officially locked in a new PERMANENT viewing location that is welcoming us with open arms, and flowing taps!
The Santa Maria Inn Taproom, located in the Historic Santa Maria Inn, is a true gem in our area. It has the feel and history of an English Style Pub and I can’t think of what goes better with that atmosphere than Soccer! I have been a customer of the Taproom for a while now because of its amazing charm and I’m so glad to see the newer management and staff working to transform this pub to somewhere locals and travelers alike can enjoy.
I have been hitting up the taproom for all the recent Champions League games and Europa League games to scope it out and finalize our presence and I have to say it’s as authentic as it gets when watching a game there. Management is so enthused to welcome a true soccer supporters group like the Outlaws and will be working with us nonstop to make this relationship great.
Along with their full bar and great wine list they have recently expanded their craft beer offerings and will be giving AO members game time drink deals as well as a special AO game time happy hour menu. The Taproom is both family friendly and soccer friendly and we can’t be more excited to start watching games there and building our presence back up!
